Oumaya's is a small, family-run Lebanese kitchen in Balwyn North, Melbourne, making artisan dips like hummus, baba ganoush, toum and muhammara the way they've been made at our table for generations. Every batch is hand-crafted in small numbers, using fresh local produce and our family's recipes.
